Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Customers can request a return or exchange within the specified timeframe from receiving the product.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• The product must not be damaged, washed, or altered

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund amount will be processed within 7 days as per our refund policy.

• Store credit will be equal to the value of the returned product
• Store credit can be used to purchase any product on our website
• Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue

If you wish to exchange a product (for size, color, or another item), you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. After we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, we will process the exchange within 7 days or issue store credit if the exchange item is not available.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
• Items that show signs of use or damage

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
